How long is the promotion running? 

The promotion starts at 12:01 am AEST on 03/07/23 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 27/08/23.

Who is eligible to enter the promotion? 

Entry is only open to foodservice businesses operating in Australia. 

To enter, an Eligible Business must purchase, in 1 transaction, a minimum of $300 across any 2 different Eligible Product categories from an authorised foodservice distributor during the Promotional Period.

Where is the promotion running? 

The promotion is running nationally across Australia.

What is on offer during this promotional period? 

There are  up to $60,000 worth of prizes available. 

There will be 8  weekly draws (each week is a period of 7 days from Monday to the following Sunday) with a total of 216 prizes:

(a)      Tier 1: 2 prizes per week for the National Group. A total of 16 Tier 1 Prizes over the Promotional Period. Each Tier 1 Prize is a Digital Prepaid Mastercard® valued at $2,000.

(b)     Tier 2: 1 prize per week for each of the 5 State Groups, A total of 40 Tier 2 Prizes over the Promotional Period. Each Tier 2 Prize is a RedBalloon® Voucher valued at $500.

(c)      Tier 3: 20 prizes per week for the National Group. A total of 160 Tier 3 Prizes over the Promotion Period. Each Tier 3 Prize is a Digital Prepaid Mastercard® valued at $50.

Who will be awarded the prizes? 

Prizes will be awarded to the authorised representative of the respective winning business who is named on the entry form, who may, in their absolute discretion, allocate the prize to any employee of that business who is 18 years or older.  

The owner must notify the Promoter of that transfer (in writing) within one (1) business day of the winning draw date and must not issue the prize without the Promoter’s approval. Approval of the transfer is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and the Promoter is not liable for any errors in the transfer of the Prize to any employee. 

What proof of purchase do I need to provide? 

Claimants must retain the original receipt/proof of purchase relating to the Qualifying Purchase.

What happens after I enter the promotion? 

Your entry will be validated by the AnchorTM FP team. If you win a prize, it will be emailed to you.

How and when will I receive my prize? 

Winners will receive their prize via the email address as specified at time of entry.

Is there an activation time limited on my Digital Prepaid Mastercard® or RedBalloon® Voucher prize?

Yes, the Digital Prepaid Mastercards® are valid for 3 years and the RedBalloon® Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the month they are sent out.

The cards will be activated on the date they are sent out.

How many times can I enter the promotion? 

You can enter the promotion once per business week (Monday-Sunday).

What happens if I do not claim my prize? 

If for any reason a Winner does not take a Prize (or an element of the Prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited and will be subject to an unclaimed prize draw.

A draw for any unclaimed Prizes will, if necessary, take place on 02/10/23 at the same time and place as the original draws, subject to any direction from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) business days of the draw and published at www.anchorfoodprofessionals.com/au/ from 16/10/23.
