Ingredients:
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie:
2 frozen bananas
55g pumpkin puree
1 tsp gingerbread spices
100ml milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Topping:
150ml Anchor Chef's Classic Whipping Cream
Crushed gingerbread cookies
Method
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream and gingerbread cookies.
