Blooming Pizza


Cream Cheese Spinach:

100 ml Anchor Extra Yield Cream
250 gr Anchor Cream Cheese
50 gr medium flour
75 gr spinach (boiled)
25 gr instant pesto
25 gr Anchor Parmesan (grated)
5 gr garlic powder
5 gr salt
2 gr sugar

Mixed Sausage:

25 gr Anchor Unsalted Butter
100 gr white onion (chopped)
10 gr garlic (chopped)
100 gr beef sausage
50 gr pizza sauce
  qs seasoning

Blooming Pizza:

25 gr pizza dough
150 gr Anchor Shredded Extra Stretch Mozzarella
1 pcs egg yolk



  1. Soften Anchor Cream Cheese and mix with Anchor Extra Yield Cream.
  2. Combine with other cream cheese spinach ingredients, and set aside.
  3. Saute onions with butter. Then add sausage, and combine well.
  4. Add pizza sauce and seasoning.
  5. Take the pizza dough and flatten it into a round shape.
  6. Pipe 100 - 120gr of the cream cheese spinach mixture into a circle on the outer edge of the pizza dough.
  7. Sprinkle with 125 gr of Anchor Shredded Extra Stretch Mozzarella.
  8. Top with mixed sausage and remaining mozzarella.
  9. Cut halfway to the edge of the dough from the centre eight times, forming eight equal wedges.
  10. Lift up each wedge from the centre and fold outwards, wrapping each to the underside of the pizza.
  11. Brush dough with the egg yolk.
  12. Bake in the oven at 190°C/210°C for 15 minutes.
