Butter Stick Cookies

400 gr Anchor Tinned Butter
100 gr Blended Baker's Mix
220 gr sugar
75 gr Anchor Whole Milk Powder
625 gr medium flour
25 gr Anchor Parmesan (grated)




  1. Beat Anchor Tinned Butter, Blended Baker's Mix, and sugar until creamy.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Roll the dough.
  4. Let it cool in the freezer and then cut into the desired shape.
  5. Brush with egg yolk and apply motif. Bake at 170° C, for +/- 30 minutes.
