Tahu Bakso Mozzarella



20 pcs Tofu (cut into triangle shape, and scoop out the inside of the tofu)
200 gr Anchor Extra Stretch Mozzarella
    oil for frying

Tofu Filling:

250 gr prawn (minced)
100 gr chicken (minced)
27 gr leek (white part, thinly sliced)
50 gr corn starch
40 gr egg white
7 gr salt
7 gr chicken powder
½ gr white pepper powder
4 gr sugar
4 gr sesame oil



  1. For tofu filling: mix all the ingredients and stir until smooth.
  2. Set the tofu, put Anchor Extra Stretch Mozzarella and tofu filling inside the tofu.
  3. Set steamer on medium heat until hot, steam the tofu for 10 minutes. After that, remove the tofu.
  4. Heat the pan with oil, fry the tofu on medium heat until golden brown colour. Serve warm.
