Anchor Food Professionals Launch, Unveil the New Standard of Food Professional

Anchor Food Professionals Launch, hosted by Fonterra Brands (Hong Kong) Limited was successfully held on August 18th at Hotel ICON, Tsim Sha Tsui. The event unveiled the new standard of Food Professionals, attracting nearly 200 elites from the F&B industry.
Fonterra was honored to have Ms. Gabrielle Rush, New Zealand Consulate-General Hong Kong and Macau and Mr. Manoj Namboodiri, General Manager of Fonterra Brands (Hong Kong) Limited to officiate the Ceremony.
Mr. Namboodiri expressed sincere gratitude towards the guests for attending the event and their continuous support throughout the years. Mr. Namboodiri also pointed out that it was important to attract customers and have them keep coming back in the current business environment. “Except stable high product quality, business owners have to constantly seek for business advice, technical advice and marketing support,” he said, “The brand can offer you business advice like market insights and trends, provide you technical advice like developing innovative recipes with you that can help your business grow, and provide you marketing promotion support to draw your consumers’ eyeballs. The Anchor Food Professionals team then introduced the brand followed by a series of video show-reel, including three merchant testimonial videos with Hotel ICON, BreadTalk and Lord Stow’s Bakery.
For a deep understanding of products, the brand has cooperated with Mr. Danny Ho, Executive Pastry Chef of Hotel ICON to create a plenty of delicacies for guests to taste. The event has concluded successfully in a pleasant atmosphere.
