The Anchor Food Professionals Middle East team will once again host a two-day cake workshop for our customers. The sessions will be led by Fonterra Brand Ambassador and world-renowned, multi-awarded pastry chef, Jean Francois Arnaud (MOF) or Chef JFA as he is more widely known, and Fonterra’s Regional Senior Advisory Chef, Manfred Kohlen. 

Chefs JFA and Manfred will share innovative ideas, their technical knowledge and techniques to pastry chefs around the Gulf to improve their culinary skills in line with commercial demand. The upcoming workshops in Saudi Arabia and the UAE which will run from 24th September to 5th October 2017 will focus on new and exciting baked, cold and hybrid cream cheese recipes using Anchor Food Professionals’ latest addition to its product portfolio, the Anchor Soft Style Cream Cheese.
