The event brought a clear but simple message demonstrating the new brand image and the transition towards being a fit for purpose products and solutions provider. The event was also an opportunity to reinforce Fonterra’s strength of world leading research and development capability, as well as its wealth of technical support through it’s professional pool of chefs.
Reflecting the way the foodservice team will be doing business, the team highlighted their emphasis on achieving higher customer service level as well as strengthening how they can work alongside customers to bring fit for purpose products and solutions. As the roadshow reflected the new elevated standard of working, it was emphasized that there are no change in product quality or formulation during the packaging transitions.
The Anchor Food Professionals roadshows were indeed a great platform to elevate the business relationship with all customers as well as distributor partners. The event concluded with a sharing session on the latest and upcoming pastry and hot cooking trends as well as a presentation of unique cakes and pizza using Anchor Food Professionals products.
