Anchor ‘Say Cheese’ branded desserts

Anchor Food Professionals has launched a second phase of its successful initiative called Anchor Say Cheese campaign to get more people to experience its exclusive edition Anchor-branded dessert creations using top quality real butter, cream cheese, milk and cream from its highly popular Anchor range. This innovative approach, possibly the first initiative of its kind amongst retail brands in Malaysia, was backed by the latest food trend emerging amongst communities in urban Malaysia on cheese desserts.

While the last phase introduced Japanese-inspired desserts with a heavy use of Anchor Cream Cheese, the new selection are European themed and feature delicious cakes with a rich layer of cream cheese as well as sweet breads. Speaking at the launch of Anchor Say Cheese Campaign 2, Ms. Linda Tan, Head of Anchor Food Professionals Malaysia-Brunei pointed out that the reason behind the campaign was to delight the customers with Anchor’s finest range of products. “As customers are becoming more discerning, they are looking for more exclusive products to indulge in. This is our way of bringing our Anchor brand directly to the consumers in the most experiential way. Our bakery partners are highly supportive and have been long term users of Anchor products, and this will showcase their commitment to bringing the best to their customers,” said Ms. Linda Tan.

Each bakery partner will whip up the delicious Anchor branded desserts using the original recipes and training provided by Fonterra’s patisserie chefs, with a slight tweak to suit the unique preferences of its customers. These exclusive Anchor’s signature creations are available at selected bakeries throughout the country from now until December 2016.
