Einspaenner is a Viennese coffee originally made with double shot of espresso (doppio) with lots of Anchor Whipped Cream.
How To:
This could be served cold however we are replacing espresso with cold brew to bring more interesting flavours to this drink.
- Cold brew is made with high quality single origin coffee. Coffee to water ratio of 1:11 over 12 hours.
- Spoon over whipped Anchor Cream, sweetened with Barker’s Professional Vanilla Syrup.
- Top with shards of dark chocolate to balance the sweetness of the cream.
