Einspaenner is a Viennese coffee originally made with double shot of espresso (doppio) with lots of Anchor Whipped Cream.  

How To:

This could be served cold however we are replacing espresso with cold brew to bring more interesting flavours to this drink.

  1. Cold brew is made with high quality single origin coffee. Coffee to water ratio of 1:11 over 12 hours.
  2. Spoon over whipped Anchor Cream, sweetened with Barker’s Professional Vanilla Syrup.
  3. Top with shards of dark chocolate to balance the sweetness of the cream.
