Cheese Toasty or Pizzadilla Pizza is a tasty and versatile way to create a basic cheese pizza with the option of taking the concept further and having a unique range on your menu. For this pizza I have used a second base to top the pizza and given you sneak peek of what’s in the middle. This is designed to be cheap and cheerful with the emphasis on the cheese, but you can add any flavours you like to this to make it your own. Meat, chicken, fish or some cool spices or chutneys, pestos and harissa work well also.
