Cheesy Garlic pizza
Ingredients
- 250g pizza dough, rolled into 28cm round
- 250g Anchor Food Professional IQF extra stretch + Mozzarella
- 1 portion garlic Cream Cheese white sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. chopped basil
- 1 tsp. chopped oregano
- 1 tsp. cracked pepper
- 1 Tbsp. crispy garlic chips
Method
Evenly spread cream cheese white sauce onto base working from the inside to the outside leaving a 1-2cm for the crust.
Evenly spread mozzarella over the garlic cream cheese base, working from the outside inwards to the center.
Bake in oven at 250°C for 6 mins.
Slice pizza into 8 equal slices and finish with garlic chips and chopped herbs.

Garlic Cream Cheese white sauce (1 portion)
- 250g Anchor Food Professional IQF extra stretch + Mozzarella
- 100g Anchor Cream Cheese
- 50g Garlic herb butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
Method
Leave cream cheese to soften, approx. 30 mins.
In a mixer combine all ingredients and whip for 1-2 mins.
Set aside ready for spreading onto the pizza base.
Garlic herb butter
- 250g Mainland Butter unsalted
- 3Tbspn fresh garlic - finely chopped
- 1Tbspn fresh thyme - finely chopped
- 1tspn fresh rosemary - finely chopped
- 1Tbspn fresh parsley - finely chopped
- Olive oil
- Season to taste
Method
Leave butter out at room temp to soften for 30- 40 mins.
Mix all other ingredients into the butter and mix until well and evenly combined.
Place in container and refrigerate to set the butter.
