AFP at Fine Food New Zealand June 2021

Anchor Food Professionals NZ is creating a chef lead foodservice experience at the 2021 Fine Food Show.  

The AFP stand will have 3 Anchor Chefs creating interactive demonstrations every hour that showcase our great products being used in on-trend recipes which will inspire and delight.

The Anchor Chefs, Todd Thorburn, Danny Simpson and Marcus Braun will be highlighting Anchor Food Professionals IQF Mozzarella, Mainland Natural Cheese Slices and many of our other great products in demonstrations that allow them to share their extensive knowledge and skills.  

Our Show schedule will be posted ahead of the show and will include desserts and sweet delights created by Marcus Braun, Casual Dining and Restaurant menu ideas by Todd Thorburn and on-trend Quick Serve Restaurant and Café ideas by Danny Simpson.  

Anchor Chef Todd Thorburn will also hold a Kapiti Cheese masterclass that will match NZs most awarded cheese brand with on-trend food and beverages which will challenge and educate your palate.
