Our Kāpiti Pakari Aged Cheddar is carefully aged for up to 2 years, giving it a firm, brittle body and a sharp and tangy bite. In te reo Māori, Pakari speaks of maturity and strength - qualities shared this cheese.  This aged cheddar is permeated with natural flavours of hickory and ash and sealed in yellow wax.
