200 gr Anchor Easy to Grate Processed Cheddar Cheese
250 gr Anchor Extra Stretch Mozzarella Cheese
Method
Melt the Anchor Unsalted Butter until it is liquid, then add the flour and stir until it has a sandy texture, set aside.
Blend shallots, garlic, onions, red chilies, candlenuts, ebi, shrimp paste, salt, pepper and oil until smooth.
Saute ground spices until cooked.
Add Anchor UHT Milk and macaroni, then boil until macaroni al dente.
Reduce heat, add chicken, vegetables. Boil until cooked.
Enter the Anchor Culinary Cream , Anchor Extra Stretch , Anchor Easy to Grate that has been grated, salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well blended until boiling.
Mac n Cheese Jowo is ready to be served.
