  • Mainland Organic cheddar cheese is USDA certified. It is aged for 6 months for a mild and creamy flavor.

  • Sharp cheedar is aged for up to 1 year for a balanced yet mature flavor profile.

  • Vintage cheddar is naturally aged for two years for a mature, piquant flavor and crumbly texture. It has a mild taste, while Mainland Vintage and Sharp cheese have mature sharp flavors.

Storage & Handling

  • Chilled product should be stored and transported at 4C or -2C.
  • Frozen product should be stored and transported at -9C or below.
  • Has lower moisture and higher total solids for increased yields and therefore improved profitability.
