Cajun Cream Tortellini
What you need:
Heat the pan, add finely diced shallots, add white wine.
Reduce sauce until almost dry.
Add Cajun Spice and Anchor™ Chef's Heavy Cream right away and bring to a simmer.
Finish with Anchor™ Unsalted Butter.
Plate tortellini and add the sauce.
Garnish with scallion and serve.
