Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs:
500 gr Minced Pork
500 gr Minced Beef
20 gr Oyster sauce
30 gr Soy Sauce
50 gr Fresh Breadcrumbs
1 no Yellow Onion
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
5 sprig Dried Chili Flakes
2 gr Coriander(chopped)
    White Pepper (season)
Stir Fry Noodles:
800 gr Hong Kong Yee Fu Noodles (Blanched)
200 gr Cherry Tomatoes
100 gr Shimeji Mushrooms
50 gr Red Onions (Sliced)
20 gr Red Chili (Sliced)
10 gr Garlic (Minced)
10 gr Oyster Sauce
20 gr Soy Sauce 
Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs:
  1. In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix well 
  2. Leave in chiller to marinate for at least 30 minutes 
  3. Scale and shape into mini meatballs
  4. Store in chiller until ready to use
  5. In a frying pan, heat oil and pan-fry meatball until golden brown
Stir Fry Noodles:
  1. In a frying pan, heat some oil, fry red onions and garlic
  2. Add shimeiji mushrooms, fry until fragrant
  3. Add blanched yee fu noodles, continue frying then add oyster sauce and soya sauce
  4. Remove from heat and toss in cherry tomatoes and red chili
