Regal Shake Recipe

Shake ingredients
100 gr Anchor UHT Milk
30 gr Simple syrup
120 gr Water
100 gr Ice cubes
5 pcs Regal biscuits
Cream cheese topping ingredients
100 gr Anchor Cream Cheese
167 gr Water
2 gr Salt
67 gr Sugar
500 gr Anchor Whipping Cream 
Shake method
  1. Put all ingredients into the blender and blend until well-mixed.
Cream cheese topping method
  1. Mix Anchor Cream Cheese, salt, and sugar with a hand mixer until smooth.
  2. Add water and mix again.
  3. Add Anchor Whipping Cream, mix until just before you reach the soft peak stage (when poured it will leave a mark that disappears quickly).
  1. Pour 300 g of the shake ingredients into a glass.
  2. Add 30-40 g of the cream cheese mixture as the topping.
