Food & Hotel Malaysia (FHM) is the nation's most-awaited and premier biennial trade-only food and hospitality exhibition. This year it was held at the KL Convention Centre and is the ultimate event for the food and hospitality industry to come together and connect as a community.
The event was a great opportunity for us to showcase our products, expertise and service offerings with over 25,000 professionals and trade visitors from over 50 countries and regions involved. We had the privilege to have our ambassador, M.O.F Chef Jean Francois Arnaud as well as our our amazing in-house chefs Wee Liat Tan Noorfiruz Mohamad Noor Ichiro Wong Chrispian Arthur Epui (Associate Advisory Chef) this year to showcase beautiful, rich pastries and other delicious dishes made with Anchor Food Professionals products.
We loved meeting and interacting with existing and potential customers to show them our high-performing dairy products, and get them interacting with our stand!
We had a cheese pull competition that put our Anchor Extra Stretch + Mozzarella to the test, as well as free croissants for those sharing their snaps to social.
