Ingredients
250 gr Pizza dough, rolled into 28cm round
250 gr Anchor Food Professional IQF extra stretch + Mozzarella
1 portion Garlic Cream Cheese white sauce
1 Tbsp Chopped parsley
1 tsp Chopped basil
1 tsp Chopped oregano
1 tsp Cracked pepper
1 Tbsp Crispy garlic chips
Garlic Cream Cheese white sauce (1 portion):
250 gr Anchor Food Professional IQF extra stretch + Mozzarella
100 gr Anchor Cream Cheese
50 gr Garlic herb butter, melted
1 tsp Fine sea salt
Garlic herb butter:
250 gr Mainland Butter unsalted
3 Tbspn Fresh garlic - finely chopped
1 Tbspn Fresh thyme - finely chopped
1 tsbn Fresh rosemary - finely chopped
1 Tbspn Fresh parsley - finely chopped
    Olive oil
    Season to taste 
Method
  1. Evenly spread cream cheese white sauce onto base working from the inside to the outside leaving a 1-2cm for the crust.
  2. Evenly spread mozzarella over the garlic cream cheese base, working from the outside inwards to the center.
  3. Bake in oven at 250°C for 6 mins.
  4. Slice pizza into 8 equal slices and finish with garlic chips and chopped herbs.
Garlic Cream Cheese white sauce (1 portion):
  1. Leave cream cheese to soften, approx. 30 mins.
  2. In a mixer combine all ingredients and whip for 1-2 mins.
  3. Set aside ready for spreading onto the pizza base.
Garlic herb butter:
  1. Leave butter out at room temp to soften for 30- 40 mins.
  2. Mix all other ingredients into the butter and mix until well and evenly combined.
  3. Place in container and refrigerate to set the butter.
