TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter, and the terms applying to the rewards and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to foodservice businesses operating in Australia (each an “Eligible Business”). A ‘foodservice business’ is a business that serves food outside of a customer’s home including full-service restaurants and cafes, pubs or clubs, independent pizza restaurants, and independent Quick Service Restaurants. Global chain quick service restaurant outlets are not Eligible Businesses. Authorised representatives for an Eligible Business must be 18 years or over.
3. Employees (and persons sharing the same household) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter on behalf of an Eligible Business.
4. The promotion starts at 12:01 am AEST on 23/10/23 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 03/12/23 (“Promotional Period”).
5. Each Eligible Business authorises the Promoter’s representative to enter on its behalf the entry steps required for this promotion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each Eligible Business agrees to hold the Promoter and the Promoter’s representatives harmless for any error or omission (other than fraud or recklessness) in completing the entry steps on the Eligible Business’s behalf.
Rewards for purchases
6. To receive a Reward , an authorised representative from an Eligible Business must purchase, in 1 transaction, a minimum of $200 across any Eligible Product categories, or a combination of them, from an authorised foodservice distributor during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). Qualifying Transactions can also be made via a telesales representative, or via a Promoter’s representative.

7. Following a Qualifying Transaction, Eligible Businesses will be rewarded with a Reward via a Digital Prepaid MasterCard the following week. The Reward amount will depend on the value of your Qualifying Purchase.
Digital Prepaid Mastercards will be awarded on a first come first served basis until a total of $50,000 in Digital Prepaid Mastercards have been awarded.
8. Entries are permitted but a maximum of 1 Reward per week (based on Qualifying Transaction size). You can receive only one of a
(a) $20; or
(b) $50

Anchor Prize Draw
9. Provided the Reward requirements have been fulfilled, to qualify for the Prize Draw, an authorised representative from an Eligible Business must have purchased a minimum of one Full Carton, or a combination of two Half Cartons, of any Draw Eligible Products below from an authorised foodservice distributor, within their minimum spend during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). Qualifying Transactions can also be made via a telesales representative, or via a Promoter’s representative.

10. Following a Qualifying Transaction, Eligible Businesses will be entered into a weekly Prize Draw. Multiple Entries are permitted but a maximum of 1 entry (based on Qualifying Transaction) is entered into each weekly Prize Draw.
11. Eligible Businesses must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) or invoice number (Proof of Purchase) for all entries to claim a prize. Failure to produce the Proof of Purchase when requested by the Promoter may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in disqualification of related entries and the forfeiture of any right to a prize. Proof of Purchase must clearly state the value, place, date and time of purchase within the Promotional Period, but prior to a winning entry.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Businesses (including an Eligible Business’s representative’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's rights to recover damages or other compensation from a person who breaches these Terms and Conditions are reserved.
Grouping of entries
13. Eligible Businesses who enter the Prize Draw will be divided into five (5) groups based on their location as follows: NSW/ACT, VIC/TAS, QLD, WA and SA/NT (each a “State Group”) to be drawn in the Prize Draw.
Weekly Prize Draws
14. There will be six (6) weekly draws (each week is a period of 7 days from Monday to the following Sunday) with a total of 30 prizes (each a Prize). 1 Prize per week for each of the 5 State Groups. A total of 30 Prizes over the Promotional Period.
15. Entries open and close for each draw on the dates and times specified in the table below. All draws will take place at Level 6, 627 Chapel Street, South Yarra, VIC 3141, on the dates and times specified in the table below. Entries will be drawn randomly. The winning Eligible Businesses (“Winner”) will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw and their details published at www.anchorfoodprofessionals.com/au. For clarity, entries in each Prize Draw will not be entered into any subsequent Prize y Draws.

16. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid or ineligible entry is drawn.
17. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes
18. Each Prize is a Digital Prepaid Mastercard® valued at $500.
19. Prizes will be awarded to the Eligible Business appearing on the winning entry.
20. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a Digital Prepaid Mastercard are not included. Any unused balance of a Digital Prepaid Mastercard will not be awarded as cash. The Digital Prepaid Mastercard is issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited ABN 30 131 436 532 AFSL 404131 pursuant to license by Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte. Ltd. Mastercard and the circles design are registered trademarks of Mastercard International Incorporated. Redemption of the Digital Prepaid Mastercard is subject to the standard terms and conditions, which can be found at https://thecardnetwork.com.au/pages/terms-conditions.
21. If for any reason a Winner does not take a Prize (or an element of the Prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited and will be subject to an unclaimed prize draw.
22. If any Prize or Reward is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
23. Total prize pool value is $65,000.
24. Prizes, Rewards or any unused portion of a Prize or Reward, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
25. A draw for any unclaimed Prizes will, if necessary, take place on 19/12/23 at the same time and place as the original draws, subject to any direction from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) business days of the draw and published at www.anchorfoodprofessionals.com/au from 07/11/23.
26. Representatives of an Eligible Business consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
27. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion to : (a) to disqualify any otherwise Eligible Business if that business has breached these Terms and Conditions; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
28. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any applicable rights under similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of, or connected to the promotion, a Prize or Reward.
29. The Promoter collects personal information regarding each Eligible Business and authorised representative ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.anchorfoodprofessionals.com/au. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Business. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how an Eligible Business may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how an Eligible Business may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the promoter. The promoter will not disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia.
