Brighten your day.

A perfectly balanced blend of mild tropical dragon fruit and sweet aromatic lychee topped with a deliciously rich cream cheese topping.

Syrup ingredients
 
  • Simple syrup 15 g
  • Lychee syrup 15 g
  • Red dragon fruit 100 g
  • Water  110 g
  • Ice cubes 70 g
Cream cheese topping ingredients
 
  • Anchor Cream Cheese 100 g
  • Water 167 g
  • Salt  2 g
  • Sugar 67 g
  • Anchor Whipping Cream 500 g
Syrup method
 
  • Put all ingredients into blender and blend until well-mixed.
Cream cheese topping method
 
  • Mix Anchor Cream Cheese, salt, and sugar with a hand mixer until smooth.
  • Add water and mix again.
  • Add Anchor Whipping Cream, mix until just before you reach the soft peak stage (when poured it will leave a mark that disappears quickly).
Assembly
 
  • Drizzle around 20 g of syrup mixture to the side of the glass to create patterns. 
  • Pour 300 g of cheese topping into a glass.
  • Add 20 g of the syrup mixture as the topping.
