Ingredients
  Toasted baguette
  Seared pork meatballs cooked in Napoli sauce - saute onion, garlic, red wine, diced tomatoes, basil, nut free pesto, charred peppers
  Crumbed Mainland Creamy Feta
  Black onion & mint yoghurt blackened spring onion, mint, salt, lemon juice with 
  De Winkel Yoghurt
  Baby basil
  Pepitas, optional 
Method
    1. Top the opened out baguette with the meatballs and sauce.
    2. Scatter with feta and big dollops of yoghurt.
    3. Scatter with baby basil or parsley and if desired, pepitas.
