| Seared pork meatballs cooked in Napoli sauce - saute onion, garlic, red wine, diced tomatoes, basil, nut free pesto, charred peppers | ||
| Crumbed Mainland Creamy Feta | ||
| Black onion & mint yoghurt blackened spring onion, mint, salt, lemon juice with | ||
| De Winkel Yoghurt | ||
| Baby basil | ||
| Pepitas, optional |
Method
- Top the opened out baguette with the meatballs and sauce.
- Scatter with feta and big dollops of yoghurt.
- Scatter with baby basil or parsley and if desired, pepitas.
