Cheesy Dipping Bowl

Crispy Fried Chicken Drumettes:
1000 gr Chicken Drumettes
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Chili Flakes
1 tsp Corn Flour 
For coating chicken:
1 unit Egg
300 gr Rice Flour
300 gr Corn Flour
1 tsp Salt
    Oil for deep frying
    Sesame seeds
    Spring Onions (chopped)
Gochujang Glaze:
300 gr Gochujang
200 gr Brown Sugar
5 gr Garlic (grated)
5 gr Ginger (grated)
2 tsp Soy Sauce
    As needed Sesame oil
Dipping Sauce:
200 gr Anchor Extra Stretch+ Mozzarella
  1. In a bowl, marinate chicken drumettes with salt, pepper, chili flakes and corn flour, cover and keep in chiller for 4 hours or overnight. 
  2. In a pot, heat oil to 160°C.
  3. To prepare the chicken drumettes for frying, add egg into marinated chicken drumettes, mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine rice flour, corn flour and salt.
  5. Coat chicken drumettes with flour.
  6. Deep fry chicken drumettes until golden brown.
Gochujang Glaze:
  1. In a pot, combine all ingredients except sesame oil and stir on medium heat until fully combined.
  2. Remove from heat and add sesame oil as needed until glaze is smooth and shiny.
  1. Brush Gochujang Glaze on all sides of chicken drumettes.
  2. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped spring onions.
  3. In a non-stick pan, add mozzarella cheese and heat on medium.
  4. When mozzarella starts to melt, stir until cheese combines and fully melted.
  5. Serve immediately with fried chicken drumettes.
