When Chef Yus began training in a pastry kitchen after completing his hospitality qualifications, he knew he’d found his lifelong career.
Chef Yus has been perfecting the art of pastry for many years, beginning with his first job in the pastry department at the Sari Pan Pacific Hotel in Jakarta. Since then, he’s worked for several acclaimed establishments in both Indonesia and Switzerland.
Yus first joined Anchor Food Professionals more than 15 years ago and loves the many aspects of his job as an Advisory Chef.
