Professional kitchens are traditionally male dominated environments.

With growing awareness of gender inequality amongst chefs and increasing efforts to address it, we are slowly seeing a growth in the number of female chefs.

At Anchor Food Professionals, our people are at the heart of our success. We are committed to supporting a diverse range of talented chefs who work hard to ensure our customers’ thrive. We are proud to celebrate our female chefs who are paving the way for future generations.

Our female chefs, Chef Christine De La Fuente, Senior Advisory Chef, Philippines and Chef Man Mang, Global Assistant Chef, share their recipe of success.

Nurturing New Generations of Talent

We are committed to nurturing new generations of talents. This year, Fonterra is proud to be co-sponsoring 3 junior chefs from Singapore to compete in the UIBC International Competition for Young Bakers, in Berlin, Germany this June, 2022.
