Before joining Anchor Food Professionals, Chef Steven held the role of Assistant Director for Culinary Studies (Pastry and Baking) and Operations at SHATEC Institutes Singapore.
Steven discovered his passion at 19 and refined his culinary and pastry skills at esteemed French institutions such as Ecole Gastronomique de Paris, Bellouet Council, and Ecole du Grand Chocolat Valrhona in Tain-L'Hermitage, France. He trained under world-renowned chefs in France, Japan, Italy and the USA before relocating to Singapore to lead kitchens at acclaimed hotels including The Four Seasons, Conrad Centennial, and The InterContinental Singapore.
Throughout his career, Steven’s creations have gained widespread recognition and have been enjoyed by international celebrities such as Jackie Chan, Sylvester Stallone, and Cindy Crawford, as well as esteemed Singaporean dignitaries, including past Presidents and Prime Ministers. His ability to craft extraordinary bespoke pastries and delicacies is matched by his flair for customizing culinary experiences for high-profile figures, earning him a distinguished reputation worldwide.

In 2007, Steven launched Centre Ps, a pastry shop renowned for bespoke pastries, chocolates, and custom wedding cakes.
Led Singapore's pastry team to a historic 3rd-place finish at Mondial Des Arts Sucrés Paris 2018.
Recognized as a finalist for the Sripps Singapore Pastry Chef of the Year 2014 at the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence.
A certified judge for the World Association of Chefs Societies or the Worldchefs, Steven has adjudicated culinary and pastry competitions globally.
