Raspberry Macaroon Milkshake

Raspberry Macaroon Milkshake:

  • 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 glass of milk
  • Fresh raspberries


  • 150ml Anchor Chef's Classic Whipping Cream
  • Some macaroons
  • Chocolate cookies 

Raspberry Macaroon Milkshake:

  • Add the milk and vanilla ice cream to a blender and blend until a smooth consistency.
  • Mash some fresh raspberries until a jam-like consistency and coat the inside of a glass. 
  • Whip the Anchor Chef's Classic to a stiff peak and add to a piping bag.
  • Add the milk and vanilla ice cream mixture to a glass and top with the whipped Anchor Chef's Classic. 
  • Decorate with a macaroon and a chocolate cookie.
