UHT Cream whips up Silver and Bronze awards for Anchor FP

Anchor Food Professionals UHT creams pick up silver and bronze medals at this years International Cheese and Dairy Awards.

At the end of October 2021,  the International Cheese and Dairy Awards took place, these are the world’s largest platform to champion world class producers of dairy products attracting over 5500 entries every year. This year many new categories were introduced to reflect the growing products at the awards with over 400 categories and 200 judges! To win one of these prestigious awards means being part of a 124-year-old tradition of the absolute best in class.

In this years International Cheese and Dairy Awards held in the UK, Anchor Food Professionals saw a great result with eight medals and one trophy awarded overall.

Within the carton of whipping cream category our Anchor Culinary Cream was awarded a silver medal, followed by our Anchor Chef’s Classic Whipping Cream which received a bronze medal. Finally, our Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream received a bronze medal in the carton of single cream category. Given this was the first year our products have been submitted for judging, we are very proud of these results.
