A young cheese that has been matured for 3-6 months with mild cheddar flavour and a smooth buttery texture. It's very easy to slice and is a great choice for salads, in sandwiches or as a snack.

 The Anchor Cheddar block is a mild, young semi-hard cheese. It has a light and creamy cheese flavour and a smooth buttery texture. Anchor Cheddar is made in New Zealand from the fresh milk of cows that are pasture grazed year-round.
