Charlotte Rutherford - Director of Sustainability

Charlotte Rutherford has spent 20 years with Fonterra supporting and driving how the Co-operative tackles sustainability opportunities and challenges.  She has led the teams responsible for water, climate, research and development, animal welfare and food safety for New Zealand’s largest dairy processor.

In this short video, Charlotte explains why it is important that we have a climate roadmap and what it means for Fonterra and our customers.

 

Kailyn Smith - Corporate Sustainability Manager

Kailyn has over 12 years experience in sustainabilty, in her role at Fonterra she helps to influence the sustainability strategy with a particular focus on climate mitigation and adaptation. She is an Infrastructure Sustainability Accredited Professional and in 2019 she was a finalist in the Deloitte Young Energy Professional of the year awards. 

Outlining Fonterra's climate ambition, Kailyn explains what 2030 targets are.  

Anne Douglas - Group Director, Farm Source 

Anne Douglas joined the cooperative 8 years ago and has held a variety of roles within Farm Source. In her current role as Group Director of Farm Source, she oversees the teams who are the primary points of engagement for our Fonterra farmers. 

Anne explains why our on-farm footprint is our opportunity to make the biggest difference, and how our Fonterra farmers are committed to helping achieve our targets.
