Ingredients
Meatballs:
500grMinced Pork
500grMinced Beef
20grOyster sauce
  As needed White Pepper
30grSoy Sauce
50grFresh Breadcrumbs
1noYellow Onion
2clovesGarlic (minced)
5grDried Chili Flakes
2sprigCoriander(chopped)
350grAnchor Extra Stretch+ Mozzarella
Tomato Ragu:
800gr Chopped Tomato (Canned)
400grBeef Stock
100grOnion (Minced)
20grGarlic (Minced) 
50grTomato Puree
25grBasil
10noOregano
2pcsBay Leaf
  Salt (Season)
  Pepper (Season)
Method
Meatball:
  1. In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix well 
  2. Leave in chiller to marinate for at least 30 minutes 
  3. Scale to 35g and wrap with 10g Anchor Extra Stretch+ Mozzarella then shape into meatballs
  4. Store in chiller until ready to use
  5. In a frying pan, heat oil and pan-fry meatball until golden brown

Tomato Ragu:

  1. Sautee onion and garlic until soft and fragrant
  2. Add tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minutes
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, oregano and bay leaves
  4. Bring to boil, reduce heat and allow to simmer for 45 minutes until sauce has thickened
  5. Add basil then season with salt and pepper
