Aloo Pizza

    1 large Pizza dough
    1 ladle Pizza sauce
    100g gr Diced and pre-cooked sweet potato
    1 tsp Tikka masala paste
    1 tsp Cumin powder
    1 tsp Turmeric powder
    1 tsp Fenugreek seeds – toasted
    50 gr Chickpeas
    50 gr Green peas
    140 gr Anchor IQF mozzarella shred
    1/2 bunch Chopped coriander
    3 tbs DeWinkel yoghurt
    5 tsp Mango chutney
    1   Poppadum  - crushed 
  1. Make a 12 inch margarita base.
  2. Toss the sweet potatoes in a bowl with tikka paste, spices and half of the coriander.
  3. Top pizza evenly with sweet potato, peas, chickpeas.
  4. Top with even distribution of mozzarella.
  5. Bake pizza and  before serving - garnish with dollops of yoghurt, chutney, poppadums, coriander.
