Honey Crispy Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

• 1	large	Pizza dough
  1	ladle	Pizza sauce
  150	gr	Fried southern chicken strips
  140	gr	Anchor IQF mozzarella shred
  50	gr	Crumbled Mainland blue cheese crumbled
  30	ml	Runny honey
  1	sprig	Fresh rosemary – roughly chopped

Method

1. Make a 12 inch margarita base.
2. Top pizza with and even distribution of chicken strips.
3. Top pizza with even distribution of mozzarella.
4. Bake pizza and  before serving - garnish with crumbled blue cheese, a drizzle of honey and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
