A perfectly balanced blend of mild tropical dragon fruit and sweet aromatic lychee topped with a deliciously rich cream cheese topping.
Syrup ingredients
15grSimple syrup
15grLychee syrup 
100grRed dragon fruit
110grWater
70grIce cubes

 

Cream cheese topping ingredients
100grAnchor Cream Cheese
167grWater
2grSalt
67grSugar
500grAnchor Whipping Cream
Syrup method
 
  1. Put all ingredients into blender and blend until well-mixed.
Cream cheese topping method
 
  1. Mix Anchor Cream Cheese, salt, and sugar with a hand mixer until smooth.
  2. Add water and mix again.
  3. Add Anchor Whipping Cream, mix until just before you reach the soft peak stage (when poured it will leave a mark that disappears quickly).
Assembly
 
  1. Drizzle around 20 g of syrup mixture to the side of the glass to create patterns. 
  2. Pour 300 g of cheese topping into a glass.
  3. Add 20 g of the syrup mixture as the topping.
