Oaty Cakes

Kāpiti Kikorangi Blue Cheese Filling:
    150 gr Kāpiti Kikorangi
    300 gr Anchor Cream Cheese
    2 gr Dijon mustard
    10 gr Liquid honey
Oaty Cakes:
250 gr Coarse oatmeal
30 gr Anchor Unsalted Butter
2 gr Baking soda
2 gr Salt
35 gr Mainland Shredded Parmesan Cheese
150 gr Water
Kāpiti Kikorangi Blue Cheese Filling:
  1. Blend all the ingredients together gently to form a smooth mixture.
  2. Pipe into drops and chill to set.
Oaty Cakes:
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Blend in the melted butter and water to form a dough. Roll out to desired thickness and cut with a plain cutter.
  3. Bake at 180°C.
  1. Place the Kāpiti Kikorangi filling onto the baked oat cakes.
  2. Drizzle with honey and garnish with candied walnuts and chives.
