    1 large Pizza dough
    1 tbs Roast pumpkin and turmeric puree
    1 ladle Napoli or Pizza sauce
    100 gr Roasted diced pumpkin
    50 gr Sliced red onion
    140 gr Anchor IQF mozzarella shred
    50 gr Crumbled Mainland Feta
    2 tbsp Basil pesto
    2 tbsp Onion jam
        Chopped fresh herbs
  1. Make a 12 inch margarita base.
  2. Top pizza with and even distribution of chicken strips.
  3. Top pizza with even distribution of mozzarella.
  4. Bake pizza and  before serving - garnish with crumbled blue cheese, a drizzle of honey and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
