Lamb Shawarma Pizza
- 1 x Large pizza dough
- 1 x ladle Napoli or Pizza sauce
- 100g slow roasted lemon herb lamb shoulder
- 50g diced red & green capsicum
- 20g sliced black olives
- 30g sliced red onions
- 140g Anchor IQF mozzarella shred
- 30g Mainland Feta crumbled
- 30ml tzatziki sauce
You will need:

Prepare a 12 inch margarita pizza

Top with and even distribution of lamb, capsicum, olives, onion, oregano and mozzarella
3.
Bake pizza and before serving - garnish with crumbled feta and a drizzle of tzatziki
