Lamb Shawarma Pizza

  • 1 x Large pizza dough
  • 1 x ladle Napoli or Pizza sauce
  • 100g slow  roasted lemon herb lamb shoulder
  • 50g diced red & green capsicum
  • 20g sliced black olives
  • 30g sliced red onions
  • 140g Anchor IQF mozzarella shred
  • 30g Mainland Feta crumbled
  • 30ml tzatziki sauce

You will need:


Prepare a 12 inch margarita pizza


Top with and even distribution of lamb, capsicum, olives, onion, oregano and mozzarella


Bake pizza and  before serving - garnish with crumbled feta and a drizzle of tzatziki
