Roast Pumpkin Pesto Pizza
- 1 x Large pizza dough
- 1 tbs Roast pumpkin and turmeric puree
- 1 x ladle Napoli or Pizza sauce
- 100g roasted diced pumpkin
- 50g sliced red onion
- 140g Anchor IQF mozzarella shred
- 50g Crumbled Mainland Feta
- 2 tbsp Basil pesto
- 2 tbsp onion jam
- Chopped fresh herbs
You will need:

Add pumpkin puree to pizza dough while mixing to incorporate properly

Prepare a margarita base using the pumpkin dough
3.
Top pizza with half of the mozzarella and arrange roast pumpkin, red onion, and remaining mozzarella

Bake pizza and before serving - garnish with crumbled feta, dollops of pesto and onion jam. Sprinkle with fresh herbs
