| 10 | gr | Spring Onions (Chopped) |
| Salt and Pepper (Season) | ||
| 100 | gr | Anchor Extra Stretch+ Mozzarella |
| Oil for pan frying |
Method
- In a bowl, beat eggs with some salt and pepper.
- Strain egg mixture into a jug.
- Add chopped spring onions, mix well.
- Using an egg pan, lightly oil pan and put on medium heat.
- Pour a thin layer of egg mixture, heat for about 30 seconds and sprinkle evenly Anchor Extra Stretch+ Mozzarella, roll up egg when mozzarella starts to melt. Repeat process 4 times.
- Let cool slightly before slicing egg rolls.
- Garnish with microgreens.
