Ingredients:
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie:
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 55g pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp gingerbread spices
  • 100ml milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Topping:
  • 150ml Anchor Chef's Classic Whipping Cream
  • Crushed gingerbread cookies
Method
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie:
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream and gingerbread cookies.
