Ingredients
Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs:
500grMinced Pork
500grMinced Beef
20grOyster sauce
30grSoy Sauce
50grFresh Breadcrumbs
1noYellow Onion
2clovesGarlic (minced)
5sprigDried Chili Flakes
2grCoriander(chopped)
  White Pepper (season)
Stir Fry Noodles:
800grHong Kong Yee Fu Noodles (Blanched)
200grCherry Tomatoes
100grShimeji Mushrooms
50grRed Onions (Sliced)
20grRed Chili (Sliced)
10grGarlic (Minced)
10grOyster Sauce
20grSoy Sauce 
Method
Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs:
  1. In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix well 
  2. Leave in chiller to marinate for at least 30 minutes 
  3. Scale and shape into mini meatballs
  4. Store in chiller until ready to use
  5. In a frying pan, heat oil and pan-fry meatball until golden brown
Stir Fry Noodles:
  1. In a frying pan, heat some oil, fry red onions and garlic
  2. Add shimeiji mushrooms, fry until fragrant
  3. Add blanched yee fu noodles, continue frying then add oyster sauce and soya sauce
  4. Remove from heat and toss in cherry tomatoes and red chili
